We are proud to make our very own small batch, artisanal hard cider. The cider is grown, blended, fermented, and bottled at the Yankee Folly Cidery – located on our premises.
Each batch of cider is first pressed using our cider press (check out the process in our video). From there, the cider is fermented, bottled, and brought to stores all across New York including the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Brooklyn.
We also sell the cider at our farm stand all year round.
The cidery opened up 3 years ago and we have been getting some great press!
The product strives for a taste that’s crisp and refreshing, with a pure apple flavor balanced between dry and sweet, something that would go well with foods one might otherwise choose say a Riesling to accompany. – New Paltz Times
